Friends, sorry to clutter your dashboard with this, but a roommate that had been lined up for several days has backed out.

So… live in my girlfriend’s beautiful and huge apartment, only two blocks from the N/W trains!  This is ideally for a March 1 move-in, but negotiable.

it is with much sorrow that i’m leaving my beautiful Astoria apartment! I’ve lived here for 2+ years and have enjoyed every moment.

The Neighborhood - AMAZING! Every amenity is around the corner, laundry, bars, restaurants, gyms, nail salons etc. Also the best bagel shop in the world and the best greek food you’ve ever had in your life. The lovely Astoria Park is a short walk away, and it’s truly beautiful with stunning views of the East River. The nearest subway is the N/W at Ditmars (3 short blocks away) and it takes about 15 minutes to get to midtown manhattan.

The Roomies - Two fun, polite and respectful girls in their mid-twenties who work in Event Planning and Television.

The Apartment - 3 bedrooms, the room that would be yours is the largest of the three and located in the front of the apartment overlooking a lovely tree-lined street. The room has two huge windows and hardwood floors. The room doesn’t have a closet, but i will be leaving my large Ikea cherrywood wardrobe if you’d like to keep it! There are also 2 hallway closets for you to use. I have a TON of clothing/shoes and i’ve always had more than enough space! You will also have full use of a shared kitchen, bathroom, living room and dining area.

Cable and Internet are split three ways.

It’s truly a special place and the price is great for the area!
