The results of the Great Shake Shack Debate.

Shake Shack wins!

Burger Joint at Le Parker Meridien was the closest runner up, which barely edged out Corner Bistro. Here are the write in votes:

• Toast on Broadway & 125th
• Rare (2 votes)
• Jackson Hole (2 votes)
  
• Five Guys
• Mc Donalds (2 votes)

I’m curious- what was the overall sample number of votes? Corner Bistro should have a much smaller piece of the pie in my opinion. I had the worst experience there last time! Ugh, thinking about it almost makes me sick.

Ok, so stemming from my burgr meetup post yesterday - should we use this as jumping off point? In one day, we could go to:

• Burger Joint
• Shake Shack
• Corner Bistro

Here’s where it gets tricky. What other 2-4 places do we add (I’m thinking 5 places should be our max btw, especially with travel and wait time)? Suggestions in response to the post included:

• Pop Burger
• Lure Fishbar
• Seymour Burton
• Zaitzeff
• Dumont (Williamsburg - add some time onto the journey)
• Wall Street Burger Shoppe
• Spitzer’s
• Maxie’s Bar and Grill

In terms of dates, I propose Sunday, July 6th (Great way to end the weekend or already too fat and bloated from the 4th? You decide), Saturday July 19th, or some time in August.
